Therapy for Adolescents
Adolescence(teens and tweens) is one of my favorite ages to work with. Developmentally and physically there are changes we must recognize. I am here to support you in creating a healthier relationship with your adolescent. Mood changes, experiences with trauma, lack of energy or motivation, identity, depression, anxiety, changes in family/friend dynamic, medical trauma, and more.
Therapy for Adults
Whether you are a young adult figuring life’s next steps or a seasoned adult approaching a new stage, we all need support. When life happens, being able to have a safe place to harbor fears, dreams and not forget about oneself is crucial. I invite you to gift yourself the time and space to do this for you.
Therapy for Geriatric Community
There is something special in working with this age group. Your lived experiences may have left you with trauma, depression, grief, changes in your body, adjusting to new life stages, medical diagnosis/trauma, family dynamic changes.Let’s explore together.
Family Therapy
When family work is needed, I strive to create a space for all involved. Supporting you through changes in your family, supporting you in sharing life-changing news, divorce/separation, processing a shared trauma experience and much more. Creating safer ways to connect and exist is beautiful.
